The structure of our shoes is based on the simplicity and quality of materials and workmanship; using materials treated with natural plant substances, avoiding tanning of the skins with chemical treatments.
The upperside of our products is made of leather in CRUST, that is not tanned, in neutral beige color, natural color of the leather once separated from the animal hair and degreased. These are calf skins of about 12/16 pd/qd with a thickness of 1.4/1.6 mm.
This size lends itself very well to our type of product, allows to have a sustainability and strength, while remaining elastic and ductile to the required shapes.
The lining always in natural tanned calf skin with silky touch and breathable effect, the insole with comfortable 4 mm PORON heel, shock-absorbing material and memory, that tends to resume its natural structure, creating perfect adherence with the foot and giving that pleasant feeling of massage.
The sole is an integral part of the shoe, the GOODYEAR / BLACKE RAPID construction gives the possibility to replace the sole when worn, without affecting the integrity of the upper.
Upper and lining are sewn to a leather edge which in turn is sewn to a first 4 mm leather sole and then with the BLACKE stitching from the inside of the shoe to the outer sole, everything is sewn together.
